Membership Privacy Policy PrivateLessons.com and MusicRoster.com are one service. The following is our privacy policy. Information Collection 1. We collect personal information when you voluntarily sign up for an account. We do not sell or rent personal information. 2. We do not collect or keep your Credit Card information on PrivateLessons.com site. Payments are processed over secure servers of our authorized processors: PayPal, Inc. & BankCardUSA. 3. We use your personal email to communicate with you. We have your consent to communicate with you by email as many times as necessary. 4. We use external mapping service, MapQuest, to show your general geographic location based on street address data you provide in your resume forms. We do not publish your personal address on PrivateLessons.com pages, however that information displays on pages of mapping service site. We recommend that you show INTERSECTION vs. ACTUAL ADDRESS. Example: North & South Streets, Anytown, USA 12345 5. The public can contact you via private messaging. Messages are found in Web Inquiries folder inside your Studio Office. 6. Members may NOT publish personal E-Mail addresses, re-directing URLs, and Phone numbers on publicly displayed Resume pages. 7. We reserve the right to use members' photographic images and content to promote PrivateLessons.com site. 8. We reserve the right to reject and/or discontinue any account, for any reason. Content Ownership 1. You own your Resume content and private office data. You are responsible for keeping back-up records of that information. 2. Your Resume displays on our public pages. You are responsible for maintaining complete and high quality content. 3. Content you contribute to PrivateLessons.com Forums remains the property of PrivateLessons.com. 4. Do not submit copyrighted material to Forums. Security 1. Your account is password-protected. We encourage you to change your password periodically. 2. This system expires private data page views, providing added security when you use public computer terminals. Cookies 1. Portions of the Service require cookies. Editing, Canceling Subscription, Removing Accounts, Renewing You can edit your account information at any time. You may cancel PrivateLessons.com membership subscription from your PayPal account. Your subscription will expire at the end of its term at which point you will not be able to access your PrivateLessons.com account. Your account will remain intact and will NOT be removed unless requested in writing. Account Removal Request - Members must request removal of account in writing. They must provide UserName and/or original email they used to create a PrivateLessons.com account. To renew your inactive PrivateLessons.com account, login to your account and you will be prompted to renew subscription. Privacy Policy Amendments 1.
