Daria has coached singers who are members of successful Bay Area bands including Bammie award winners Avance (Salsa), Creeper Lagoon (Rock), Martine (Bay TV, Mornings on 2, KTVU) and members of the Grammy Choir. She is a professional vocalist and recording artist, specializing in Jazz, Brazilian and Latin styles of music.
Daria also offers consulting sessions on recording, distributing and promoting your own CD.

DARIA is an accomplished jazz vocalist and talented songwriter. Her compelling vocal style is the culmination of years of study with acknowledged masters of jazz, classical and popular music, including jazz greats Bobby McFerrin and Mark Murphy. Using her three- octave range in exciting and unique rhythmic improvisations, Daria’s voice becomes an instrument. Her silky, sensuous tone, beautiful and hip arrangements create an exciting program which features an eclectic mix of Jazz, Latin, Brazilian and World Rhythms fused with pop and originals. Her perfect intonation, new and fresh interpretations and pure musicality are her trademarks. Daria has appeared and recorded with musicians who tour with such luminaries as Flora Purim, Carlos Santana, Sarah Vaughan, Stevie Wonder and Zakir Hussein. She has performed both internationally and locally, including performances at Yoshi's nightspot, Mr. E's (Pete Escovedo’s nightclub), Noe Valley Ministry, concerts sponsored by Jazz In Flight and the San Francisco Jazz Festival. She has been featured on jazz radio programs and via the internet and has been chosen several times as favorite artist of the week on radio programs worldwide. In 1999, "Just the Beginning" shot to number 5 on the charts on WNOP in Cincinnati. Daria has recorded backup vocals and voice-overs for radio commercials, she tours with Dan Hicks and the Hot Licks, she also contributes her talents in performances for the internationally renowned Bread and Roses charitable organization and received a 15-year award for her outstanding contributions. Daria teaches out of her studios in Marin County, California. Her new CD is entitled "Feel The Rhythm". Daria currently tours worldwide with the renowned Dan Hicks and the Hot Licks.
